Booking & Return Policies
Single Class Booking Policy
Valid for one Pilates class at Dermabless Wellness. Advance booking is required and subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership Booking Policy
All membership bookings require advance reservation and are subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time are considered late cancellations and incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
Product Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final. For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, Dermabless Wellness does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on supplements, wellness products, or other consumable items. If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so our team can assist you.
