Since 2015, Dermabless has been devoted to one purpose: helping women feel beautiful, confident, and empowered.

What began with Mily Ajo and Dermabless Spa — enhancing women’s natural beauty — grew into skincare, wellness, and an academy created to educate and empower women to build their own future.

Today, that purpose evolves once again.

Together, Mily and her sister Carmen created Dermabless Wellness, a Pilates and wellness space in Westchester, Miami, where beauty meets movement, strength, and self-care.

More than a studio, Dermabless Wellness was created as a welcoming community where women can reconnect with themselves, feel stronger, grow in confidence, and inspire one another.

Because for us, wellness is more than movement.
